Listed tickets on day of show as a last minute hitch meant we couldn't travel. This was my first time using the site and the whole process was very straightforward. The tickets sold within 15 minutes of listing and buyer contacted me after the event to confirm all had gone well. Highly recommended and I shall use this site again when searching for tickets in future.

I became a victim of fraud with TicketSwap at the AC/DC concert in Madrid on July 16. First, I bought a ticket on TicketSwap one day before the show for a friend. My friend couldn’t go because of a sudden injury, so I had to resell the ticket on the same platform. The buyer then claimed he couldn’t get in but provided no solid proof in my opinion. Nevertheless, within a week TicketSwap decided to refund him using the money from my sale, and opened a dispute with the seller from whom I had originally purchased the ticket. That seller barely replied, constantly delayed the process, and after a while simply stopped reading messages. TicketSwap only joined the conversation a month later, and now nothing happens because the original seller just ignores everything. I’ve used TicketSwap several times before, but I’m giving 2 star because once you face a problem, they are absolutely unable to resolve it. It’s now been 40 days since the concert and nothing has moved forward. Obviously, if the original seller scammed me, ignoring TicketSwap is enough to get away with it – I’m left without my money. They could have easily included all three parties in one dispute right away and taken a decision, but instead they let the process drag on endlessly. Another issue I faced with them: when Morrissey’s concert in Madrid was canceled on June 12, TicketSwap kept selling tickets on their site after the cancellation, unlike Viagogo or other sites that updated immediately. Many people were affected, including me, though luckily all payments made after the cancellation were eventually stopped and refunded. Still, the fact that TicketSwap reacted much later shows that they manage their platform very poorly. Everything with them works extremely slowly, and support is ineffective. Be careful!

Easy to use site, tickets are sent immediately and the tickets were genuine. I was reassured by the offer of support if there were problems.

Compré 2 entradas a 2 diferentes personas. Y ninguna de las 2 sirvieron. Viajé en avión desde otra isla para ir al concierto de mi cantante favorito con mi pareja. Imaginate empezar a oirlo cantar y que las entradas salgan rechazadas, llorando, rogando que me dejen pasar. Ticketswap me abre unos chats con las vendedoras, una de ellas muy amable me hace el reembolso pero con el dinero tampoco puedo comprar una entrada porque estaban AGOTADAS. La otra vendedora jamás apareció. Por lo cual perdi el viaje, los vuelos y el concierto, Ha sido de las peores experiencias de mi vida. Pense que TicketSwap era seguro pero JAMÁS en mi vida compraré de nuevo aquí. Espero un reembolso.

TicketSwap è una vera fregatura. NON COMPRATE BIGLIETTI, NON FUNZIONANO. Ho acquistato dei biglietti per il concerto di Giolier del 04/08 a Catania, arrivati davanti ai tornelli il biglietto non funzionava, scannerizzando il codice barra la luce era rossa. 136€ buttati via !!! VERGOGNOSI !!!

Perfect and easy platform to use

I’ve used the service several times already, both for selling and buying. Until recently, everything went smoothly and I was very satisfied. At the beginning of August, however, an incident happened: I was sold a ticket that had already been used by someone else when I tried to enter the concert. I called support, and they started a chat with the seller. Luckily for me, the seller turned out to be honest and agreed to refund the money. But what really bothered me was how much time it took support just to step into the conversation and process the refund. Here’s my advice: if you can’t get into a concert, make sure to gather as much evidence as possible, because without it, you’ll most likely not be able to get your money back. Also, I don’t even want to imagine what would’ve happened if the seller hadn’t responded—and how long everything would have dragged on. In short, it’s all at your own risk.

Just bought 2x Coldplay tickets from ticket Swap. The tickets that’s ended up coming in my email to fulfill this purchase were some local attraction event in Paris. Not sure how Ticket swap functions. On first transaction I was delivered tickets for wrong date and now a completely different event in a different country

Alles hat bestens geklappt. Die App bietet zudem Übersichtlichkeit über die Events und man kann sich auch spezifische Ticket Alarme nur für bestimmte Kategorien setzen. 👍

Top platform. Wel jammer dat mensen kaartjes alsnog met winst kunnen verkopen. Het zou wat mij betreft uitsluitend tegen de inkoopsprijs moeten gaan.

I bought a tickets for Robbie Williams concert in Barcelona. The process was simple. The name on the tickets wasn't mine I had no issues with that. The concert was great!

2 tickets gekocht. 1 is zichtbaar, de andere blijft draaien met de mededeling dat die wordt omgezet en straks beschikbaar is. Inmiddels al ruim 1 maand. Contact met klantenservice loopt erg stroef, tot nu toe nog steeds geen werkend ticket. Graag zsm beschikbaar stellen en als t niet lukt, betaal dan terug zodat we verder kunnen kijken.
