J’ai acheté mes places la veille pour le prix le moins cher proposé. J’ai pu entrer le lendemain dans le festival, rempli de stress, mais rassuré, au moment où le staff m’a passé le bracelet. Pour les personnes qui se demandent, c’était au eurockeennes 2025 pour le jeudi soir (soirée avec Iron Maiden) ou le billet de base de était à 85€ et je l’ai eu pour 53€ et quelques centimes. qpour les personnes encore hésitantes, je vous garantis que le site est bel et bien sécurisé

I purchased a ticket for an event on June 28, advertised as an adult weekend ticket. However, after the purchase, it turned out to be a child ticket—despite paying a price double the child ticket. I’ve been trying to contact TicketSwap via their in-app chat and email since then, but as of July 3, I’ve received no response. With the event approaching, I still don’t know whether they’ll fix the ticket, issue a refund, or if I’ll need to buy a new one. There’s also no other way to contact them, which is incredibly frustrating.

Opgelicht. Een ticket gekocht dat onmiddellijk een error melding in de app en via de website gaf. Het geld is van mijn rekening gegaan en het ticket stond in de app, maar het was onmogelijk om dit ticket te bekijken. Ik heb dan een nieuw ticket moeten kopen en kan ticketswap op geen enkele manier bereiken. De chat die ik met ze had gestart is nu al dagen niet meer gelezen. Wel kreeg ik een vraag voor meer info van een noreply mailadres waar ik dus uiteraard niets aan heb.
