Ticket Squeeze Reviews

Found you on facebook months ago. I like the fact that you have everything under one roof. Makes it very easy and I know where to look when I want to get theatre tickets. I am a bit of a musical theatre fanatic and try to catch a show when budget allows! Not the cheapest hobby that's for sure!

Thank you for my tickets, but I really would of felt much easier had I been able to choose my exact specific seats. I ideally wanted an aisle seat as my hip needs me to have my leg extended when I sit. But otherwise this was a very easy experience to select and purchase.

There's a few places I like to check for tickets. This time they had the best price for the section I wanted. The process was streamlined much better than StubHub and everything was very simple. I will certainly be adding Ticket Squeeze to be list of sites for future events.

Posting here as well as customer support email in hopes of getting a quicker answer. I received the email saying tickets ready for download but not sure how to get it working. I can't find the Ticket Squeeze app anywhere! Help! EDIT: Ok, tickets received. Massive thank you to Matthew for helping me. I was searching for the wrong app so it was no wonder I couldn't get it working. Followed instructions Matthew gave and all is resolved. Thanks again.

a smooth and reliable experience. tickets downloaded without a hitch.

SUPERBOOOOOOWL! Super Bowl here we come! Tickets were a bit cheaper than others, BUT still an absolute fortune. I may need to refinance my home if my passion for watching sports continues! WORTH IT!

I decided last-minute to go see Little Stranger, and Ticket Squeeze had tickets available. It was general admission so no need to pick any particular seats. Got my e-tickets within minutes. So convenient and essentially perfect for last minute planners like me!

This was my first time buying from Ticket Squeeze, and I was impressed! The transaction was easy, even though I was using Affirm (which is a blessing to be able to use!), and my tickets were sent to me perfectly. I’ll be using them again for more concerts (when budget permits!)

Quick, easy, but pricey.

Seamless ticket purchasing experience! Highly recommend TicketSqueeze, received the tickets very quickly after purchase and everything downloaded securely in my phone wallet. I am ready to go!

Purchase was made in literally 2 minutes. Very easy to use website. The only issue is the ticket selection is based on row and area, you don't get to pick the specific seat number.

Why do we have to review every single purchase we make online nowadays? I got the tickets that I paid for. Isn't that what is supposed to happen?

Very easy process. Price was really good. Got tickets almost immediately. No issues at all. Great experience all round!

The order process was simple enough. Much like any other online ordering experience. I would like to say thank you to Matthew who helped me find out my order status after the purchase as this was not immediately clear to me. The tickets I received where the tickets I ordered. I know resale gets a hard time, but with Ticket Squeeze I had a positive experience.

Would like to have been able to see where seats are actually situated in the section. This was not available while checking out stadium sections. Apart from that, great service. Very quick and easy.

Very disappointed upon receipt of the seats we got at a concert in Austin. It took a long time to learn what the seats were. The tickets however came from a not trusted email other than Ticket Squeeze. I could not decipher if I could trust a strange email and a strange URL. My work training says not to open URLs in emails you do not recognize. It was not from a company, the email came from a person. After too many calls I gave up. There was no support to validate the sender of the tickets. The customer service would only respond to my questions after asking over and over that we needed help. Subsequently I learned the pricing parity was a gap. Subsequently I learned a lesson to find reviews before purchasing. I am happy to have found Trust Pilot to share the poor customer services I received. I should have checked here first. I have done that several times since. Ticket Squeeze was not fair to me. . My son could not find anyway to ask a leader at Ticket Squeeze. My family could not find the company headquarters. We do not recommend this service or this company. Learn to check the fine print on the website to see it says they are a reseller. This was may experiment to pay higher prices and no seat control. Learn to check the agreement when paying. This is locked in. Learn to escalate to my credit card. I will say after much evidence of the company I presented to Bank of America, I got a 100% refund. That was hard work too. Thank you to Trust Pilot for this place to share poor customer service.

The tickets were transferred to my already existing ticketmaster account successfully. original ticket price was less than what i paid but they were all sold out from the source.

There were absolutely zero good seats left from the box office. I did some searching online and found Ticket Squeeze. I compared prices and saw tickets here were fairly cheap and I found a good deal for the section I was after. Received the tickets in a fair manner, rather quickly. It took probably less than an hour to look for the tickets, receive them, download the apps needed for the particular venue and of course, made sure to save all receipts. I would absolutely recommend. Not only are prices attractive, but the experience was easy and fast.

It is interesting that the same tickets on TicketMaster were 3x the price they were on Ticket Squeeze. With these kind of prices, it's obvious I will definitely be using Ticket Squeeze in the future!

I wish there was a view of the stage available when you check different seating sections. Very hard to understand where you might be in terms of "lawn seating". What does “general admission” even mean? Other than that, process was easy. Prices were decent enough.
