Posting here as well as customer support email in hopes of getting a quicker answer. I received the email saying tickets ready for download but not sure how to get it working. I can't find the Ticket Squeeze app anywhere! Help! EDIT: Ok, tickets received. Massive thank you to Matthew for helping me. I was searching for the wrong app so it was no wonder I couldn't get it working. Followed instructions Matthew gave and all is resolved. Thanks again.
