Glitch on app in paying for tickets. Told me payment was blocked. So tried again. Ended up with two lots of tickets as both transactions had gone through after all. Refunded one lot of tickets but refused to refund service charge and handling fee - despite it being only half an hour since booking and entirely your fault. What service am I paying for exactly?!?! Not impressed. How you can sleep at night is beyond me.

Dear Sirs , Today , one week before the concert and 10 months after paying for my ticket I knew what happened You should must give me refund with at least same amount I paid I already paid for expenses when I paid my tickets , that’s and extra for Ticketmaster 23£ fee , if I am not wrong You are going to sell it surely for much expensive price and get another extra fee I need all this to be explain to me , and not an IA , I want a person taking to me . Even you would not say how much is amount when IA is answering me . Already expended 318 £ plus all expenses I can not cancel Iballa Castro

Great theatre, superb lecturer and a master in her knowledge, experience and historical context. Witty, clever, word perfect and quizzical. Highly recommend going to see Prof Alice Robert’s.

Had delightful customer service experience by John Tristan H who dealt with my enquiry and really went above and beyond in resolving the issue I had. My daughter and niece will be over the moon in knowing we are still attending the theatre and I want to thank John for his excellent service.

John was such a fantastic support in helping me exchange my tickets so that I could watch The Devil Wears Prada at a later date. I have just had emergency knee replacement surgery and couldn't make the performance next week. I'm just over the moon that he made the process so easy and clear to follow and that my daughters and I will be able to watch the show that we have been so excited to see for months! John was professional, prompt in arranging the exchange and I can't thank him enough.

Efficient service

Sound was awful at Wembley and leaving the venue is very badly organised, you'd think they've never held concerts there before. Based on the poor/echoey sound and travel options away from the venue I won't be rushing back to see any events here.

Absolutely horrific App, company, website. It's impossible to sign into your own account, Its impossible to simply go on and purchase tickets. What's worse, is they have a monopoly on this. Ilthe tickets for the gigis I want I can't get anywhere else. I can't give them my money! Shocking and bands need to know we can't buy their gig tickets! 2 separate instances of this, just this week.

We had an amazing time at Coldplay on Wednesday 27th August. The tickets were dead easy to get. Especially as we had a unique code last minute

kept me updated with reminders and tickets uploaded to wallet so easy once at venue . When buying tickets did feel rusjed and panicked as you can see a clock counting down! wasn’t aware of what sort of tickets were going to be available so panicked at first ones I saw! very stressful buying tickets for big gigs!!

I don't like the whole e-ticketing and mobile ticket thing, I like proper paper tickets to keep as a souvenir so when I saw that you could order souvenir tickets to keep after the event I paid for them (although I think charging £8.50 for them is a liberty!) To any one else I would say don't bother! Over 7 weeks after the event I still have not received my tickets despite sending Ticketmaster numerous emails. As for the event itself it was excellent and no problems, Simple Minds always put on a fantastic show!
