John was such a fantastic support in helping me exchange my tickets so that I could watch The Devil Wears Prada at a later date. I have just had emergency knee replacement surgery and couldn't make the performance next week. I'm just over the moon that he made the process so easy and clear to follow and that my daughters and I will be able to watch the show that we have been so excited to see for months!
