Securing our tickets was very time consuming when they went on sale. From then on Ticketmaster was great- excellent comms, simple instructions how to proceed. Everything worked seamlessly. Concert was brilliant

The VIP area was not worth it Bar was very crowded and security did not seem to check all wristbands I ended up pay nearly £90 for one of to have a wee ! I think a refund is in order Also - the exit was badly let and not well supervised I consider it was dangerous Chic were very good I am happy to discuss
A great concert with the atmosphere to go with it. Such a good venue for sound and interaction with the band.
I tried to order tickets but the website repeatedly requested authentication but never moved passed this stage and kept freezing when I provided the information. After several attempts I gave up and used a different website.
this website is an absolute joke. they dont make anything easy to access. I was in the queue for Olivia Dean tickets and when it was finally my go I clicked on two available tickets and tried to buy them but they were sold. this happened around 5 times before it kicked me off because it thought I was a bot. they have no organisation skills whatsoever and buying from them is always a stressful experience. very disappointed.

Pre - sale made access better. However the blocks were behind the stage for the seats this is wrong and should not be allowed. My groups were just about ok. However ones to right of me were very poor. But show was amazing.

I received regular updates with regards to the upcoming concert and the venue, including helpful tips on modes of travel, nearby hotels and parking. Ticket safety and security was a big win for us also. After a recent concert having to be cancelled same day (we were sat in the arena!) I was swiftly reimbursed the ticket and parking costs in full without even having to ask for it. I’ve never had a problem dealing with Ticketmaster yet and hope it continues this way!
It was longer and more informative than expected, amazing experience with the goggles and ear phones on. Definitely worth the money 👍
