It’s 3.37 am there is no body to contact. My apartment is potentially leaking and ruining other people’s lives down stairs. Not one emergency number to call. 999 would potentially kill people by being over required. Thornley groves has nothing to call. Think about that before you join up.

Imogen Windsor at Sale branch has helped tremendously with our letting experience. Re-letting has gone very smoothly and efficiently. We have had a problem with a leak from from another apartment and Imogen has liaised with them and kept us updated with progress.

Went to view property and Kelly was so helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the area and was able to answer any questions I had.

Thornley Groves Manchester it's the worst estate agent ever! I've been looking to have a viewing of a property and when finally I had a confirmed appointment, the agent Mia Drury, who send me an email with the confirmation, didn't come. After talking with her colleague, the viewing was never confirmed by the tenants and she never inform me these. How can you trust in an agency who excuse themselves saying nothing was confirmed, when I have the confirmation in an email...

They always so helpful! If have any urgency problems at the property. The Property manager Imogen She is so competent and fast to solve any issues. I'm at the property for more than 4 years now and they never let me down. A big thanks for all the team at Thornley Groves 👏

I had rent a one flat studio, but the washing machine is not working, so I sent email to notice them, the engineer is quick enough to investigate, and the engineer said it needed to be replaced, so I email the manager again to notice her need to replace and chase her about when will the washing machine be replace, unfortunately they never reply my email again when I chased, it already been a month. I am afraid that until l move out the washing machine still not been replaced and still no responding. This really not a good service that no responding, if they don’t have the date they even could respond my email by what reason still not process ect.

Awful experience with the Monton branchs property management team. was high hopes after a positive experience with the lettings team with getting moved in but all went downhill after we got the keys. disorganised property manager who had shocking communication and utterly rude. ignored with issues raised on the inspection. then once the notice was handed in the communication within the team was appalling and even management was no help. would never use or recommend this branch again

Emma Slabbert and Donte Campbell at the Altrincham branch were both very helpful, pleasant to talk to and professional. It's staff like Emma and Donte that make a business and are a credit to Thornley Groves! Thank you both for helping me with my tenancy renewal!

I was trying to purchase an apartment through one the agents at Thornley Groves "Mr. Stuart Daniels". He was extermly non-committed, rarely responded to his messages, always made promises he didnt meet. I'm a owner, and I will definitely never ask Stuart to handle my case. Im sure the company is a good one, but Stuart Daniels is unfortuantely, the worse agent I've ever worked with.

The agents have always sorted out what has been needed to the best of their abilities and as quickly as they actually can. Aun in particular really helped us out towards the end of our tenancy with any issues and especially with our exit of the property. Aun gets 5 stars. 4 stars is due to sometimes having to wait a while for important emails and responses etc. plus the staff turnover during some issues made things take a while over the 18 months that we were there. All in all very good!

Extremely Disappointed - Avoid at All Costs! I am thoroughly frustrated with Thronly Grove Estate Agents, particularly dealing with Mia Hanlon. I rented Apartment 26 at Ellersile Court in Fallowfield, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Mia Hanlon has made false accusations of property damage, which is completely untrue, and despite repeated promises, I have yet to receive my £1,326 deposit back. I was assured that my deposit would be returned by the 1st week of January 2025, but it’s now far past that date, and I am still waiting. Mia’s unprofessionalism and dishonesty have left me feeling scammed and helpless. If you value your time and money, I highly recommend avoiding this estate agent and this property altogether. One star is too generous.

From the moment I made initial contact with Chris and Natasha, I was imbued with a sense of calm and assurance that my property would be sold. Within a week of my property going on the market a sale was agreed at a very competitive price. The communication from Natasha and Chris was always on point and they always addressed my issues and concerns with kindness, understanding and in a very professional manner.
