Just received my order. My crepe myrtle looks half dead. Not the vibrant plant I was expecting for the price. I will not be purchasing anything else from you so you can cancel my membership. So dissappointed.

Anyone with basic knowledge of tree care knows that a freshly cut Christmas tree can stay green indoors for weeks with minimal light and no roots. Similarly, a live tree that's been recently shipped and transplanted can appear healthy for 30 days, even if it's not actually surviving. In our case, we experienced a 70% loss around day 45, well after the 30-day guarantee window closed. The company refused to honor the guarantee due to the timing, even though the issues were clearly related to transplant shock and delayed symptoms. A 30-day guarantee simply isn’t enough time to determine whether a tree has successfully taken to its new environment. This policy seems deliberately structured to limit accountability and avoid honoring claims. Disappointed and frustrated. Customers deserve better protection—especially when investing in something as long-term as trees.

It arrived, has been planted and I am excited to watch it grow.

Healthy plant

I have been pleased with the products that I have ordered, but after my dealing with a horrible, hateful Supervisor, I will never use them again. I saw a reoccurring charge on my credit card. I called to inquire. I was told that I had signed up for a program. I certainly didn't mean to, and it was in error. I explained that I am in full blown Covid with a high fever, and she refused to cancel this subscription. I didn't ask for a refund. I only begged to have her assist me. Nope. Supervisor Callie is a horrible human. I will never use them. If a company can't be kind and helpful with a situation, they won't get my money, ever.

I received my beautiful trees in strong boxes, tied securely and boy did they come quickly! They are all green and in great shape. I can’t wait to see them grow!

Quality of plants received plus the quick response via Customer service

Shipping was fast and the product was superior to your competitors. I made a mistake by buying from a competitor in FL. Received 3 plants with 3 stems each and 80% of the leaves off. They ship with a condescending letter from their lawyer CEO that basically tells the buyer to expect this “quality”. It would be helpful if you could stock more varieties as that is what led me to purchase elsewhrre.

BUYER BEWARE. Products are smaller than advertised and not in the best shape when they arrive because of shipping trauma. I purchased an arborvitae which was professionally maintained by Trugreen and watered via sprinkler as needed. It was planted during ideal temperatures around 4/30/25. After three months the plant died. The Tree Center upon hearing of this offered a 20% discount on the next purchase. I will never again purchase from this company. You are much better off purchasing from a local nursery. Much better products at the same price. Buyer Big Beware!

Plants arrived in good time and were well packed. Good, strong plants. This is my 2nd order with the Tree Center and I'll be back!

Tree was in great shape although the delivery driver stood it upside down on my doorstep.

One of the worst buying experiences. Spent over $1,000 on plants that arrived diseased, with leaves riddled with holes or branches completely broken off. I was told the disease was merely cosmetic and not eligible for exchange, to prune off the damaged leaves (which would leave no leaves at all since there are no healthy leaves), and to avoid getting the leaves wet. I simply asked for an exchange for healthy plants and was told that wasn't an option, and they couldn't help. I was given a store credit for the plants with broken branches, as if I would want to purchase from them again after this. Buyer beware.

The trees arrived in great shape with detailed instructions.

First time buyer from this company. Hopefully my experience is a lot better and very reliable. Indeed I received my order as promised by the company.
