SCAM. I ordered some spruce trees, all of which are either dead or dying (after only 3 months). However the issue is the Thrive monthly membership. I did not sign up for it, as I NEVER enroll in monthly subscriptions. They have been charging my card 9.95 for 3 months and I only just realized it. The email confirmation of my tree purchases with the purchase details/totals are correct but the Thrive membership they snuck in falls below that itemization so a quick check without scrolling to the bottom hides it. The Customer Support Manager would not cancel my membership and directed me online to cancel and would not refund all the fraudulent charges (only the current month). After reading other reviews, we'll see if that actually gets processed. The online subscription cancellation is forward-dated by another month so they will get another month of my money. I can't cancel my credit card since it is tied to this fraudulent subscription for another month even though I never authorized saving my card on this site. Bad product, stolen money and scam support agents. Glad I discovered this early on and didn't lose too much $$. Will try to dispute with my credit card company.

I ordered 22 of the #1 gallon size Thunderhead Pines to green up my backyard (basically a small forest). I ordered this same tree in 2022 from The Tree Center and have been crazy about it ever since. I was very impressed with the shockingly strong boxes and the extensive care that went into securely packaging the trees. I live in extreme southwestern Utah, so these trees came a very long way to get to me. The candles were all intact, nothing broken, moist soil packed in tight and wrapped up in strong plastic bags, the trees were positioned on their sides in the boxes. The trees all look very healthy, and were basically the same height. The order was simply PERFECT in every way.

My trees/shrubs were in the very best condition that I could have asked for. They were very dark luscious green.

So far good. Shrubs planted. Time will tell! Thanks!

Received my order promptly. Unfortunately, one of my plants was pretty badly damaged in transit. THE TREE CENTER replaced it quickly, after I submitted photos of the damage. What great service!!!

This last crepe myrtle tree came in excellent condition and is pretty also i have three other crepe myrtle trees that we have planted two black diamond and the last two are midnight magic crepe myrtle trees. Thank you.

The first order had a broken tree. I immediately contacted customer service and she credited the amount to a gift card. I reordered the tree and it was on sale! So, I saved money. The replacement tree arrived yesterday and it's beautiful!

I was disappointed. Tree was almost completely devoid of leaves and roots very small and short. Well packaged, and soil was wet. Clear that the tree had not be in the pot before. Will see what happens in the spring.
