Great hosting and response time, super friendly staff

Quick and easy to reserve flights

I had been let down by another agent called Travel Junction after booking flights to Chicago. They reneged on their advertised ticket price and cancelled my booking. I then used Travel House, and the experience couldn’t have been simpler. Cheaper than booking directly with the airline, smooth booking process, and we’ve even managed to view our booking on the airline’s website to select seats using the booking reference provided. I will use again.

Easy to book, everything went fine and I received the etickets the following morning.

Great price with routing and time options. Customer Service Staff were extremely helpful and came up with alternative choices, as the airline booking systems were very dynamic! Flights were all as expected… bonus on the AA LHR-MIA flight … only about 50 people on it, so plenty of room to stretch out! Will definitely check out this site when I next travel to the US.

So very glad we had the help from Russell at The Travel House. We had to make decisions on our travel whilst on the phone, discussing flights, dates and cover policies. During all of this Russell was friendly, kind, patient and very helpful. He went through options and listened to our requirements, to assist us with our plans and book our flights. Thank you Russell for not only being professional but giving us time to decide what we wanted and ensuring we had all the correct information. Amazing, and appreciated customer service.

We travel quite alot to the USA and needed to book a trip to see our daughter, we called the travel house, as there flight price was really competitive, and we have to catch a connection while travelling there and back, we spoke to Russell the service agent at the travel house who was fantastic and quickly and without hassle booked our flights and connections at the times we needed and added our luggage allowance onto our flights at the same time, very friendly guy who went overboard to book our flights and connections to our satisfaction, carnt fault there service and Russell was a pleasure to deal with, would recommend 100%
