I bought a course of laser treatments and so far have had one, but am very happy thus far. They seem very professional and better than other providers I have used.

It was my first time to get cosmetic injections. I was nervous but right from making the appointment my confidence grew. Fabulous friendly staff. When I visited the clinic for my appointment I felt in safe hands. Derbhail was so professional and explained everything step by step. She was very reassuring and listened to my concerns. The results are amazing and I'm getting compliments everyday. At 51 I never thought I woukd take the plunge but I'm delighted I did. highly recommend

From reception welcome to coming back to Keely for my treatment was 5 start. I’ve been coming to keely now for my treatments and she is so professional and super knowledgeable in her field and from speaking with her always upskilling in her profession with Therapie . She goes above and beyond and a therapist I will alway come back to . She is an absolute asset to the Therapie team and I look forward to my next visit . Front of house staff apologies I never git her name was so accommodating in booking my next treatment and couldn’t have been anymore help. Thank you

Aside from the warm and friendly welcome I was very impressed with how confident and knowledgeable skin consultant was, they listened to my concerns and my expectation of the results and matched the therapy to my needs. I opted for the Exilis.The treatment itself was relaxing and therapist was attentive and always checking in. Before and after photos taken which showed a marked difference and was happy with whole experience.

My appointment was for a free consultation to discuss treatments for hemi facial spasms. A lot of good advice and information. So much so I booked in for treatment.

Mackenzie was very pleasant. Her approach to the treatment was methodical and thorough.

I have used Therapie for many years and never had an issue - well once they overcharged me £50, although being kind to them, I just said leave it on my account. They are not as kind back when you want a refund. I recently booked polynucleotide treatments x 2 package at nearly £1,200. I had no consultation and did not know about the treatment, although during another appointment I was told it was good. I was encouraged to pay for this in advance and would then be consulted on it later. nobody at the time told em their T&C did not allow refunds, so I paid (like a fool). I have since found out it is not suitable for vegetarians, so asked for a refund. I was told no. I have since e-mailed and had no reply, phoned and was told someone would call me back, but they have not. They are great at taking money, although not so great about returning it. I was initially told that they could put it as a credit on my account although I already have credit on my account and do not want to add another £1,200 to it. It is wrong to not tell you the T&C or about the issues with the treatment before letting you pay. I guess it will be a visa chargeback, or small claims court. Shame as I have always been happy with them. So bad when you can’t get to speak to anyone and they do not reply to e-mails I see Therapie reply saying they e-mailed me yesterday, not the case. They actually sent a message through trust pilot with no details on how to contact them but asking for my number - would be good if they followed up on this and called me. I guess the next contact will be at small claims court - Please be advised when they reply saying they want to help etc, they actually do not follow up on this

The team at the Bromley clinic have always been friendly and polite, but after 9 sessions of laser hair removal I haven’t seen the level of reduction I was expecting. I’m now feeling unsure about continuing, especially as the only advice I’m given is to keep booking more sessions without any clear explanation or review of why the results aren’t showing.

I have emailed therapie originally on the 13th October as I need assistance with my account (personal). And I have had zero response. I have since chased them on the 25th October and again on the 12th of November and there’s been no response at all. Very disappointing to have a company completely ignore you once they have your money. It’s rude and just unprofessional.

I recently had an underarm laser hair removal treatment, and the experience was great from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable right away. The procedure itself was quick, smooth, and surprisingly easy, much less intimidating than I expected. The clinic felt clean and professional, and everything was explained clearly before the treatment began. I appreciated how attentive the team was, checking in on my comfort throughout the session. Overall, it was a positive experience, and I’m looking forward to seeing the results in the next sessions.

I recently booked a 3-session top-up for €148. Before booking, I specifically asked whether there would be any Black Friday offers, and I was informed that 10% would be the best discount available. Based on that information, I went ahead with the purchase. I have now seen that the same package is listed at €80 during the Black Friday sale. Given the advice I was provided at the time of booking, I feel somewhat misled by the staff. I rang to see could they give me some clarification on the matter and I was also dismissed. After speaking to someone about the matter I was told that they encourage their clients to check the website for the latest information. I was told the opposite of this. I was told that no further offer would be available to me on the Black Friday deals. I am well aware that offers vary. However I was encouraged to purchase there and then as no better offer would be available. The only response I received was an apology for my frustration.

Hayley was fantastic and did a superb job. Exceeded expectations. I will be back!
