Everything you dread
I underwent an aligner treatment for my teeth with this company, and they shut down without any warning while my treatment was still in progress. As a result, my treatment was never completed. Despite the situation, I received no refund and no support. I sent countless emails, made countless phone calls, and never got a single reply. I lost over 1,000 € and was left with health issues: my teeth were only partially moved as planned, which left my jaw misaligned and caused problems in my neck and back. It has now been a while, with no update, no explanation, and no attempt to contact me. At this point, it’s clear I’m never going to hear from them again.
