Really simple process and I’m already seeing great results.

Very slick and easy-to-use service overall. I needed a diagnostic test, which arrived promptly, was straightforward to complete, and the results came back quickly. The process up to that point was excellent. My only suggestion for improvement is around continuity of care. Once I received my result, I needed treatment, but I had to open a separate consultation. The new clinician initially asked me to order a test, even though I had already completed one through the same service. It would have been much smoother if I could have shared my existing results directly with a doctor as part of the same journey, without effectively starting again. Overall, I had a good experience and would use the service again, but a more joined-up process between testing and treatment would make it even better.

Fast response. Precise questions > helpful result. Resolution via prompt shipment of required medicine from an online chemist with very competitive prices. However, a refill request was declined. A factor present for the first prescription was unchanged (age) but used as a reason for denial. Inconsistent.

An efficient service. I was able to log on early in the morning. Enter the information, was asked a couple of questions which were turned around quickly and my prescription arrived the next day. Very easy.

First class experience. Would take ages to get an appointment with my GP and it's gatekeeping call handlers. And even then I would probably only get to see an HCA by the time I got one. Standards have slipped considerably in the NHS and although I could have got my prescription for free because of an existing health condition, I just can't be bothered with the hassle of waiting weeks for an appointment. Online consultation was easy to do and your order will arrive on next day delivery. Have used before and will use again when the need arises.
