After being told a few days previously that my medication would not be shipped out just yet due to the extreme heat and it needing to be stored and kept cold , on the hottest day yet I had a message to say it was being delivered. I was not going to be home, my postman decided instead of leaving it in a shady spot or delivering to a neighbour that he would leave it in the full sun and sign for the package himself (granted that is not online clinics fault but hold on for a minute)
When I had arrived back home , I brought my package inside, the cool packs inside to keep it cold had melted and were warm, along with my medication. After contacting online clinic for help with this, they told me that the medication would be fine even after telling them how long it had been left in direct sun for. I told them too, which they already know that this medication could not be left out for more than a few hours in 30 degree heat, it had been 2.5 hours just on my doorstep in 34 degree heat. I asked if they could guarantee that it would be safe to use after they told me it was fine and they said yes. I was uncomfortable and not happy with this response and they didn’t seem to want to help rectify this. I’ve since cancelled my automatic subscription with them, medication has been disposed of and I’m now down almost £200
The only reason I’ve given them an extra star is because I have used them for a few months now and they have been great any other time
