Excellent communication. Online messages responded to extremely quickly and prescriptions authorised and items dispensed and delivered very quickly. I felt that care was taken to ensure I understood how to use products safely and for maximum effectiveness. Cannot comment yet on results as only been using the products for a few days.

As a visitor to the UK, I unexpectedly had to extend my stay and urgently needed a one-week supply of my regular medications for diabetes (insulin), high blood pressure, and an autoimmune condition. I provided proof of all my existing prescriptions, yet it took two days for only one medication to be approved. I was then told I needed to complete separate consultations for the other two medications. The cost was never the issue. If additional consultation fees were required, I would have happily paid them all at once. My priority was receiving my medication quickly, as your service advertises itself as an emergency service with fast responses. Instead, I lost valuable time waiting, only to be told to start the process again for the remaining medications. The process felt unnecessarily drawn out and gave the impression that multiple consultations were being prioritised over resolving an urgent request efficiently. When someone is at risk of running out of essential medication, time is far more important than paperwork. If you genuinely offer an emergency repeat prescription service, don’t waste potential customers’ time when they need help the most

The doctor who helped me with my prescription was very patient with me verifying information to get the medication that I needed.

Was told my case was to complex when all I was asking was some adjustments on the note to protect myself and allow me to work until I could speak with gp with there long wait times now work wont allow me to work I thought there whole reason was for this exact situation wasn't asking for long term was just asking for enough time with gp and ocupational health I don't care about the money just want to make a living and protect myself to much to ask for

it is easy to order and get support from prescribers on line. They ask lots of questions to make sure you are safe.
