Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru. Super easy process. They gave me a quote, I posted the phone to them using the postage label they emailed me, and a couple of days later the money was transferred to my bank account. Easy cash for an unwanted phone. Also good to know that my phone gets a second lease on life.

They gave a quote. Reviewed and approved the quote day after I sent it. Paid the next day. Very smooth interaction.

I was a bit worried at first about selling both our mobiles but we thought we would take the plunge and we are so happy we did - everything was so easy right from putting phone details into their application - we received a printable reply post label, sent it off and we got a message from Mobile Guru the next day - then they reviewed our phones and gave us the option on the friday to accept or decline the offer, and the $440 for both phones was in our account by the tuesday - very happy and will definitely use Mobile Guru again π
