Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru. Super easy process. They gave me a quote, I posted the phone to them using the postage label they emailed me, and a couple of days later the money was transferred to my bank account. Easy cash for an unwanted phone. Also good to know that my phone gets a second lease on life.

They gave a quote. Reviewed and approved the quote day after I sent it. Paid the next day. Very smooth interaction.

The whole experience from researching the sale of old phones to sending away and payment was seamless. All done within a week. The website provided easy to follow details and instructions on how to sell used I phones. Once the company had received the phones, ongoing communications about the whole process were very good. Payment offered was fair and better value than offered elsewhere. Payment was prompt. Very happy with this professional service.

The whole process was great - easy to print out the paid postage label & the amount of money quoted for the quality of my phone was fair. I had the money in my PayPal account 2 days later. Very happy & I will use next time.

Donβt use them
Advised good condition phone would recieve $460. Phone cleaned and sent in good condition. Recieved report stating cracks on screen which was incorrect as had screen protector on. Offered $360 β¦ phone re sold on website for $669. Donβt use them!
