Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru
Sold my old phone to The Mobile Guru. Super easy process. They gave me a quote, I posted the phone to them using the postage label they emailed me, and a couple of days later the money was transferred to my bank account. Easy cash for an unwanted phone. Also good to know that my phone gets a second lease on life.

As straightforward as it should be. Easy to send phone to Mobile Guru with their paid returns label, was kept informed as to when the phone arrived and assessed. Got a reasonable offer and was paid the next day. Very simple and transparent.

Fast and professional service
Nothing but praises for this business! If only other businesses realised that the key is good communication and customer service. I sold my phone by posting it in with a label provided by MG and the price quoted was fair and the best available. The instructions and the MG website are clear, including returning the phone to you if you aren't happy with a revised offer if you have misclassified the phone's condition. I received an email within an hour of the phone arriving at their office. By the next afternoon (during a busy period), the phone was assessed and the quoted value deposited in my account, with email updates all along. The only thing I might suggest is an option on the website for the seller to add insurance at their own cost to the Aust Post prepaid return label. I added this at the PO but it was a bit complicated for them to do it. Overall, great service, will use MG again.
