This product and service is in my opinion outstanding, from the very first call I made to them, they were polite, curious and within 14 days a tradesman visited my home and completed the survey and provided a date of fitting. The installation was first class, he turned up on time and got on with the job and completed it earlier than anticipated, cleaned up and showed me how to operate it. First class service and great value for money👍

Terrible They take a deposit, schedule an appointment then, on the morning you get a text saying the workman is ill and you need to reschedule It's a pro forma text, they've used it twice with me and I've seen on google reviews that they have used it with other customers. AVOID

Took a chance and saw this company on line, booked an appointment, was contacted and given a date, Leroy turned up in fact a bit early which was great, and the quote I thought was reasonable, to be honest didnt look anywhere else. I asked for as soon as possible and got a call that day with a date, the installation was done by the lovely Jamie today, an excellent job, has replaced a steep awkward ladder and the finish was so good , the loft hatch looks like its always been there, the previous one was awful. Have the wooden fold up ladder, which can cope with by myself I could not use the previous ladder without husbands help, the new one is fabulous andd Jamie tidied up as well. Very very impressed.

Failed to turn up at first booked time and date, no call to advise of any change. Second booked time and date was then changed to suit them, 11 am not 1 pm as booked. I had to rearrange my day to be in at 11 to avoided another delay, turned up at 12.52. At no point dud the customer come first, take it or leave approach, team who did the job very good, no issues with the completed job, just poor management

We recently had The Loftman Company carry out some work in our home, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, everything was handled with care and professionalism. Leroy came out to do the initial survey and provide us with a quote, and he was absolutely brilliant. He really took the time to understand our needs and explained the options clearly without any pressure, which gave us a lot of confidence in choosing them. On the day of the installation, James and Lee arrived right on time with big smiles and a cheerful attitude. They were both so friendly and approachable, which made the whole process really easy. They did a fabulous job fitting our loft ladder and boarding, and the quality of their work is outstanding. What really stood out to me was the care they took around the house. They went out of their way to protect the carpets and flooring leading to the loft, which I really appreciated. All in all, I would highly recommend The Loftman Company for any kind of loft work. A reliable team who genuinely care about doing a great job.

We had some old loft boarding and an old water tank removed, and replaced with new elevated boarding throughout the whole attic and a new ladder fitted. It took one and a half days and the two guys worked non-stop. They did a great job and left everywhere clean and tidy. We now have loads of extra storage space and couldn’t be happier with the result.

The salesman Ryan was very good and experienced. The two chaps that came to the house to install it were not courteous of our house. They clearly did not wash hands beforehand and left black fingermarks all over my walls which and down the stair walls. I did make a complaint to the company and they told me to expect that around the loft hatch itself, which we managed to clean off as it was filthy. I then explained and sent photos of the walls and he just dismissed my complaint. I now have to get it decorated as it won’t wipe off my walls. They also did not seal around the area properly so I have to get that job finished also. I’m not sure I would deal with them again after the way I was dismissed.

I had the loft man company to board my loft and they did a great job. I was kept well informed of when the job was booked for and when the fitter would arrive. He did a great job and I’m so happy with the extra storage space.

Loft man company attended my home, removed the old ladder, they installed a brand new ladder. The whole experience was good, the new install is so much better than the previous install from another company. I would recommend them.

Really good service from the start to the finish. They kept in contact and all was very transparent. The surveyor came and quickly helped me decide which was the ladder for me and organised for the quote to be sent, which I received a short while after. Very reasonable quote so went ahead with the booking. The 2 gentlemen who came and fitted the ladder were polite, professional and very quick. I’m very pleased with my loft ladder, good quality and well fitted with no mess. I would totally recommend this company. First class from start to end.

Everything about the loft boarding was excellent. It was a scorching hot day and the two lads worked so hard, they were friendly and polite and were as clean and tidy as was possible whilst carrying out such a dirty job. The loft is now an enormous usable space that contains all the household clutter we don’t need regularly including Christmas trees etc. Many Thanks

From start to finish was easy and quick. The gentleman that came round to the help with the qoute, I believe his name was Rhys, was really quick and informative, explaining things and showing me what needs doing and giving me options for everything. Then for the actual fitting we had had a gentleman called James, who was working with his son and apprentice- all of them were absolutely lovely and all did a great job! Quick, efficient and well mannered! We also have 4 indoor cats and all of them were super cautions about opening doors and checking all the cats were safe- we've had a few work people in our house who have been careless about these things so it's was refreshing having people who took this things in to account. Overall I couldn't recommend enough!
