Ladder broke within two weeks. They refused to fix it saying I had used "excessive force" ( I am 5ft and weigh less than 120lbs) I do not use the loft access as the last two times the ladder just swings down and nearly hit me twice After contacting them they not only didn't apologise but blamed me for breaking it

Just had my loft ladder installed. Whole process from start to finish was so easy and Stuart made a great job of the installation he was very professional and left everywhere tidy. Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a great job at a great price.

Loftman were significantly cheaper than other quotes we had, however their standard of work didn’t reflect that at all. From the initial visit we had for a quote, right up until being shown how the ladder worked, everything was highly professional. I dealt with 4 different people at Loftman, the initial quote engineer, the lady regarding payment and the 2 fitters and all were a credit to the company. As for the loft, the job is of a great quality, even more appreciated due to the 2 lads spending 3 hours up there in 32+ degree heat. If I were to have any more loft work, I would definitely bring using Loftman, I have already recommended them to multiple family members. Thank you

Great communication throughout and did a great job. Loft looks great, new hatch installed in lath and plaster ceiling with 0 damage of issues.

Replied to enquiry quickly, very friendly customer service via phone and email. Free consultation visit filled me with confidence and I didn't feel any pressure to accept. Multiple variable quotes received the same day and when the work was done the team were polite, efficient and quick. I only had half the loft and the ladder fitting done initially, but definitely planning to utilise for the second half of the loft and highly recommend based on my experience.

The company was friendly and did a great job. The fitter boarded the attic and put in the ladder in just a few hours without any coffee break. I couldn’t remove the contents of my attic, so the fitter helped me get everything down charging a small fee. The loft ladder is easy to use and makes it so much easier for me to store my belongings in the attic out of the way. I can now get to it easily.
