Terrible They take a deposit, schedule an appointment then, on the morning you get a text saying the workman is ill and you need to reschedule It's a pro forma text, they've used it twice with me and I've seen on google reviews that they have used it with other customers. AVOID

DO NOT USE - NOT SAFE!!!I wish I’d checked the reviews before I booked this. Paid an extra £5 to be met at the airport got a garbled message from the driver to go the car park waited for fifteen minutes with the driver not answering his phone. Finally found him after numerous call to the head office. These things happen BUT the driver’s wife had left her shopping trolley in the boot and he tried to drive off with it in his footwell! REALLY DANGEROUS
