Failed to turn up at first booked time…
Failed to turn up at first booked time and date, no call to advise of any change. Second booked time and date was then changed to suit them, 11 am not 1 pm as booked. I had to rearrange my day to be in at 11 to avoided another delay, turned up at 12.52. At no point dud the customer come first, take it or leave approach, team who did the job very good, no issues with the completed job, just poor management
