Cardiff east branch have been amazing Came to our new build and seeded the garden and the grass has been just amazing! Darren has been on call if we had any questions and came back to us really quickly! Quote was quick and easy and the work got done not long after. Gentleman that completed the work were lovely and good at what they do. We opt for the monthly direct debit same as family members and we are so far very happy. Cardiff east are a great team
What a fraudulent company.. taking money by DD and rarely showing up, no answer to calls.. just get yoru gardener to do maintenance, lot cheaper as these guys are fraudsters
Removed family cars from the drive to be told they’ve run out of weed killer!! 😡 then said I’ve not got an account, then said it was for a quote ….. terrible customer service I have got an account, I gave you the go ahead regardless of price, …. Will update ratings when/if completed.

We have been using Greenthumb (James Reigate/Epsom) for many years with no complaints. They always do a great job and turn up for every appointment and our lawn looks great :)

I have been a customer of Greenthumb for many years and generally been happy. However, prices have gone up ridiculously. Furthermore, they offered a clean/weed service and only completed half of it before aborting it due to my complaint. The Operative admitted there had been many complaints about this service and they were no longer going to advertise it (I'm not surprised). I have had to send emails back and forth for numerous issues, no shows for treatment (when I've waited in, cancelled appointments) so I have made the decision to cancel my contract. Lo and behold, they are now asking for payment of a service (only half completed) from 7 months ago! After my complaint, they arranged to come out and inspect and have a discussion with me, however they came when I was at work and had no access to the rear garden, so simply peered over my privet hedge from my neighbours garden and deemed this acceptable to investigate my complaint! Quite incredulous!! No further outcome or correspendence was sent until now, demanding payment for it! It is absolutely downright unprofessional. Even their Operatives don't speak highly of them and they are their employees!

A very poor service from greenthumb and even when cancelling appointments due to weather they still show up, do nothing and demand money. They have been treating my lawn for a year and have missed treatments by months. No actual improvement to the lawn and in some cases seems to be worse. The treatment plan they prescribed is nothing more than the pellets I can buy in any shop for a fraction of the price.
