Disgraceful. Hard Sell. On phone 5 times a day with the same number of emails all from different agents. You should only contact if you are absolutely without doubt ready to sell or you will be pestered. Have emailed requesting a stop but ??????

Agreed a deal which was twice as good as some of the trade in offers... I then read reviews and thought I'd done the wrong thing. But the process couldn't have been better - from initial pricing, nice guy who came to review/collect and then fast payment. Got the price we were offered - I think key is to be open and honest from the outset.

I obtained a valuation from them which was 6 thousand less than what I wanted.. fair enough as they buy it cheap for a higher mark up for resale. So then I decided not to proceed with them and sell the car privately which took 2 days. I am now getting called EVERYDAY from them. I have blocked their number and their emails are going to my spam but they're persistent on leaving voice mails. I didn't want to be contacted and I don't believe I ticked anything to say I wanted to be contacted or to subscribe regarding the evaluation or I would have booked an appointment. Please stop blowing up my phone, If I haven't picked up for the last 5 days.. I'm not going to on the 6th

What a joke I wanted to see how much I would get for my vauxhall zafira 61 plate and I couldn't believe the price they offered £145 what a joke I would be better off if I took it to the breakers they said that they would phone me tomorrow I suppose to offer me less I sent them a email and told them not to bother

Brilliant from start to finish. Contacted by phone about wanting to buy my car. Received a valuation on the same day after sending over some photos on Whatsapp. Valuation never deviated from the original offer. Collection of the car was smooth and easy, all paperwork and settlement fees were handled by the car buying group so I didn't have to do anything at all apart from hand over the keys. Really impressed and would definitely use again. Special thanks to Chris and Kirsty for their help and efficiency in responding to questions
