Popped in this morning for two cats beds. Found just what we wanted with the help of a lovely lady, who even spent time searching for the colour we wanted (as if our cats would have noticed!!!)..... See more

Good customer service very helpful Sia’n was very helpful, and considerate very helpful staff would recommend the pet store have lots of products and quality food.

Staff are excellent, helpful, give good advice. Always plenty of stock available, good choice of healthy treats.
Always helpful and friendly. Lots of choice including raw options for dogs. We get everything for our dogs, cats and aquatic needs.
The staff are knowledgeable without been patronising and there are always more than one member of staff available. Customers both 2 legged and 4 legged are warmly welcomed. They fit any clothing for the dogs but most of all they don’t sell anything that could cause distress/ harmfulness to the fur babies. For me the only thing missing is a cuppa for the humans. Well done one & all.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was nice that you can take your dog in and look round .

Excellent pet store, fantastic range of products. Lovely range and well stock natural dog treats, raw food and kibble. Our only pet store for treats, kibble, cleaning products and everything for my dogs!
