We and our two rescue kits give The Big Pet Store 10/10
Popped in this morning for two cats beds. Found just what we wanted with the help of a lovely lady, who even spent time searching for the colour we wanted (as if our cats would have noticed!!!).. Everyone working there was happy and helpful and obviously have years of experience in dealing with fussy pet owners.
