AVOID AT ALL COSTS
AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. This place is the absolute pits. It’s completely overpriced, the stock is old and tatty, the staff are rude and absolutely vile, avoid at all costs. Been this morning, was literally told to “Fcuk Off” by a fat lady member of staff, absolutely horrible woman who had a mahooosive problem with my Spaniel. Will NEVER step foot in this place again, it’s vile. Use “Butchers Own” further up the road, much better produce, fresh produce and the staff will go above and beyond unlike the vile vermin at the Big Pet Store. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.
