Fantastic service at a reasonable rate and in a swift timeline. Jon sourced the cylinder and fitted in a few days - despite issues with the supplier! informed the tenants constantly and kept them looped in as well as with me throughout. Turned up when suggested and moved his diary around when plans changed to also work late and get it fitted. Brilliant service. Fair play!

Combi Boiler Installation
Had a beautiful Combi boiler installed by Jon and Ben. Really impressed by their work, no sooner were they here and the job was finished. Really happy with the boiler. It looks smart, has fast hot water and the radiators have never felt so hot ! Many thanks to you both for a great job well done.

Kitchen Cupboard Repipe
Jon was efficient doing a highly professional Job. He was clear with his communication about what he was doing and what he discovered in his investigation. He was friendly whilst keping his workspace clean and adhering to Covid guidelines He also removed all of the old fittings from the property so there was nothing I needed to dispose of. The only negative I can think of was some delays with communication, however it can be hard to keep up with communication given that he predominantly wil be doing very hands on jobs or driving between sites throughout the day.
