Fantastic service at a reasonable rate and in a swift timeline. Jon sourced the cylinder and fitted in a few days - despite issues with the supplier! informed the tenants constantly and kept them looped in as well as with me throughout. Turned up when suggested and moved his diary around when plans changed to also work late and get it fitted. Brilliant service. Fair play!

Toilet syphon broken
Toilet syphon broken. Theale Gas came very quickly and replaced it - no mess no fuss. Covid rules kept. They were very polite and friendly.

Reliable and professional
Reliable and professional; had a new boiler installed, Jon turned up when he said he would, got the quote back when he said he would, replied promptly to all my questions, was easy to get hold of and all round seemed far more organised, diligent and professional than the other installers who quoted. Reasonably priced and professional
I found Theale Gas to be very professional. Jon arrived when he said he would, located the problem, explained what it was and how much it was going to cost to fix (which seemed to be a fair price), then set to work mending my heating. Very impressed. Would highly recommend.

Professional and excellent service (New boiler)
Excellent service from Jon and his team. They installed a new Bosch boiler and Nest thermostat. The price quoted was reasonable even gave a free pump, which needed replacing. Work done was very neat and professional. Highly recommended !! I will be using his service again to change our hot water tank.

Excellent service
I manage a portfolio of properties and this Christmas Eve, I had a family report to me that they had no heating. At very short notice, Jon was able to attend to find the fault and go back on the same day to fit the necessary part to resolve the problem. I was extremely grateful, as was the family living in the property, knowing they wouldn't be left without heating over the Christmas period! Would strongly recommend Theale Gas to anyone.
