Fantastic service at a reasonable rate and in a swift timeline. Jon sourced the cylinder and fitted in a few days - despite issues with the supplier! informed the tenants constantly and kept them looped in as well as with me throughout. Turned up when suggested and moved his diary around when plans changed to also work late and get it fitted. Brilliant service. Fair play!

Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Had a heating system problem and they managed to fit me in within a day when others said it would be weeks. Did a great job, quickly and it was great value too. Now my preferred local supplier.

We used Theale Gas to move a water tank up into a loft in a confined space Jonathan did a great job worked really hard and was a pleasure to have in my home ,the price was very reasonable and he did an excellent job and I would thoroughly recommend him

Excellent service from Jon (and Ben)! I found Theale Gas through the Worcester Bosch website as I wanted to take advantage of the extended warranty offered using the preferred suppliers, whilst supporting local business, and I'm so glad I did. After making an initial enquiry through the website Jon was in touch super quick and even managed to pop round the same day to quote for me as I was going away the next day. My new boiler is excellent and the work was carried out to an extremely high standard - by the time they'd finished you'd never have known they'd been there at all if it wasn't for the new heating system that works properly and the extra space where the old tanks used to be 😊 Polite, professional and a pleasure to have around, Theale Gas go above and beyond to provide a 5* service.

I can't recommend Theale Gas highly…
I can't recommend Theale Gas highly enough. Jon and his team installed a new boiler in my tenanted property and issued me the Landlord Safe Certificate. Now I wont allow anybody else to serve it but only Jon, even though I have a Landlord insurance with BG which includes the Landlord Gas Safety report I prefer to pay as an extra for my peace of mind, knowing my boiler is in the best hands. Efficient, reliable and trustworthy that are the characteristics I valued the most in a trader.
