Excellent service from Jon (and Ben)! I found Theale Gas through the Worcester Bosch website as I wanted to take advantage of the extended warranty offered using the preferred suppliers, whilst supporting local business, and I'm so glad I did. After making an initial enquiry through the website Jon was in touch super quick and even managed to pop round the same day to quote for me as I was going away the next day. My new boiler is excellent and the work was carried out to an extremely high standard - by the time they'd finished you'd never have known they'd been there at all if it wasn't for the new heating system that works properly and the extra space where the old tanks used to be 😊 Polite, professional and a pleasure to have around, Theale Gas go above and beyond to provide a 5* service.
