Sara was very helpful on the phone and gave me all the right advise to help solve the broadband problem. Unfortunately it wouldn't resolve so she past it onto another department to get back to me. The only downside is waiting so long for someone to pick up the call 35min waiting time?

Extremely disappointed with the level of service. There was a clear lack of customer support, slow response times, and no real effort to resolve ongoing issues. This experience has fallen well below an acceptable standard.
Minimum wait times of 35+ minutes every time support is contacted, only to be told that everything appears fine on their end. The repeated advice is simply to unplug wires, turn the system off and on again, or perform constant hard resets. This has resulted in months of ongoing issues despite paying for the service throughout. Extremely poor customer support and a very frustrating experience overall.
I had quite a challenging experience due to a mishap on 4th Utility’s side, which made the process more complicated than it should have been. That said, I want to specifically commend Nick Hersee, who truly went above and beyond to help me through it.
Despite the difficulties, Nick remained patient, professional, and incredibly supportive. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept me updated, and did everything he could to make the situation easier and less stressful for me. His dedication and willingness to assist made a huge difference and turned what could have been a very frustrating experience into a manageable one.

Tobi was an excellent agent, he tried to sort the problem which turned out to be impossible over the phone, I explained I thought it possible that the fiber cable had been damaged by Gas workers in the area, Tobi then arranged for an engineer to call at my house, which they did but again they had to arrange for a different crew to fix the damaged cable, this was done today 22/01/2026, I am very pleased to advise it's now all back working correctly.
Irisha did an excellent job restoring my internet connection. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and very friendly throughout the process. I really appreciate her help in getting everything back up and running so smoothly.

I am currently under contract for another 15 months with them, and am moving home. I am content with keeping my contract during this period. They gave me two choices: increase my bill from £32 to £41/month under a new contract of 24months or pay £400 “cancellation fee upfront”.
This is a dodgy way of treating customers. I will definitely never use them again, and will advise others to stay away from a company with this kind of practice.
Dreadful and rude customer service, deliberate obfuscation when leaving, brazen deflection, refusal to escalate issues, eye watering exit costs, do not ever consider using.
What couldnt be better? On time for the install set up and running by the time the engineers left, nevermind the speed for the price.. no fing brainer.....
We migrated abroad recently. An email notice to discontinue broadband was provided on 6th December and followed through on 4 occasions on phone including three calls since abroad
(including long wait times for calls on each occasion). I was promised an email confirming discontinuation of broadband by end of the day on each occasion but received no confirmation email. A further direct debit was actioned this month (January' 26). I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service offered and plan to escalate this complaint.
