Moving home? Increase your bill 30% or pay us £400 to leave.
I am currently under contract for another 15 months with them, and am moving home. I am content with keeping my contract during this period. They gave me two choices: increase my bill from £32 to £41/month under a new contract of 24months or pay £400 “cancellation fee upfront”. This is a dodgy way of treating customers. I will definitely never use them again, and will advise others to stay away from a company with this kind of practice.
