Extremely disappointed with the level…
Extremely disappointed with the level of service. There was a clear lack of customer support, slow response times, and no real effort to resolve ongoing issues. This experience has fallen well below an acceptable standard. Minimum wait times of 35+ minutes every time support is contacted, only to be told that everything appears fine on their end. The repeated advice is simply to unplug wires, turn the system off and on again, or perform constant hard resets. This has resulted in months of ongoing issues despite paying for the service throughout. Extremely poor customer support and a very frustrating experience overall.
