When I could not connect my router to an I Pad, Olu was more than helpful and without any of the condescending tones I usually encounter from technical operatives when they realise I am computer illiterate. Once again RiseFibre and Olu have given a fantastic service, thankyou.

Been on a 2-year contract and experienced multiple sudden broadband outages with no warning, often lasting 2–3 days at a time.
These outages frequently happen over weekends, making it even harder to get support. Customer service is unclear and unhelpful, and complaint emails have gone completely unanswered.
Very poor reliability and communication. I would not recommend this service.

Knowledgeable and very helpful agent took me through some checks and identified the problem was with City Fiber, escalated the call to them and booked an engineer visit to the house for the same afternoon, engineer turned up as arranged and identified a minor installation fault, corrected it and restored our connection - very happy with the service
