Poor customer service
We migrated abroad recently. An email notice to discontinue broadband was provided on 6th December and followed through on 4 occasions on phone including three calls since abroad (including long wait times for calls on each occasion). I was promised an email confirming discontinuation of broadband by end of the day on each occasion but received no confirmation email. A further direct debit was actioned this month (January' 26). I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service offered and plan to escalate this complaint.
