Ordered and paid for 100 packets of Panko 27th November...still waiting my order and no one has the decency to answer any of my emails now 4 sent or phone calls....disgraceful.

Have shopped with them a few times and has been ok, but my last order was missing an item, with a note saying it would be refunded, but 3 weeks on and no refund. I have sent them countless emails with no response. Terrible customer support, leaving me to lodge a case with my credit card company.

It was not re-emberse the unvailable order. That is almost £10. Do costumer need to contact you before you return? It should be automatically sent as you know its not availablez you have checked the invoice.

Placed an order for fresh galangal and a couple of other fresh items. I received a confirmation email of the order. Two weeks later, NOTHING! Zero response to two emails sent, asking where the order is. Money has been taken from my account. Luckily it's paypal so, hopefully, can get a refund.

Placed an order nearly 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing. The money has been paid, I received an order confirmation email, and it has been radio silence ever since. It's a shame, as I have placed several orders with this vendor in the past without a problem. But this is awful service and it's starting to feel like they've taken my money and ran.

Been using Thai online for two years and always had next day delivery and good service but this time the goods I ordered 10 days ago have still not arrived although the money was debited from my account the next day. Sent two emails but no response. I notice a lot of customers since the beginning of November are saying the same thing so I can only assume the company has gone bust. No telephone number to contact them on so little I can do. I have no idea how I can get my money back as I paid by debit card. Their webpage is still running allowing you to do the order and pay for it but links to all emails to contact them do not work. Please do not order from Thai Food Online - all you will do is loose your money.

Have ordered numerous times before, however its been over a week since my most recent order, and have no updates in regards to the order, numerous emails sent, tried the online chat and no answer. I suppose it could be that they are having issues with the ordering system, but their web site is still up, in this case don't you at least release an update for customers so we know what going on? Very disappointed and will have to stop using....

I got a message saying my order had shipped over a week ago with no tracking info or who it had shipped with. It has still not arrived and I've had no reply to any of the emails I've sent, awful customer service. I want my goods or my money back!

I placed an order for fresh chillies. The order has not arrived and neither has the carrier acknowledged receipt of the parcel from this company. Despite sending several emails none of them have been answered. Payment for the order has not been reimbursed.

Terrible service from this company. Ordered on the 22nd of November, it’s now the 1st of December and the courier is still waiting to receive order. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. Won’t be using or recommending to anyone.

They never arrived, have emailed them twice this week and still nothing, no banana leaves and no response.

the order placed money taken but no sign of delivery

Placed an order before 1pm on 23rd Nov; expecting delivery on 24th Nov as per delivery guidelines on the website. Tracking suggests that the courier is still waiting for my package. On the 28th Nov now and still no delivery or response.

No response from emails or media message about a missing delivery. DPD tracking has stayed on ‘waiting to receive your parcel from retailer..’ since the 23rd. Thai online account says ‘order fulfilled’ This was needed for an earlier Xmas present/hamper and no one is getting back to me. I can not afford to just lose that money or order again..where is it?? Edit…2nd of jan and STILL no replies to any of many emails..

Order not received, have sent an email, but not had a response. Very disappointed.
