Browsing for a product when I saw this: "Like soy sauce, golden mountain sauce is composed mainly of fermented soy beans and salt. It tastes quite different from soy sauce, however: slightly saltier, plus there is a hint of sweetness (it does contain sugar). There is no MSG in this sauce, but the Thais do add what they call 'flavour enhancer' in small amounts (similar to MSG, but without the negative effects), and a preservative." What exactly are the "negative effects" of MSG? This is a harmful myth. A company that sells Asian food should surely know that. Well, it turns out they do as they sell MSG on their website 🤦♂️
Used to be good. Now website won't accept order, there's no telephone number to call, half the emails get returned "not known" and the others don't reply. I can only surmise that this business has closed down.

The goods I paid for were not delivered, emails to the addresses shown on the website bounce back or get no reply, the company phone number in Bolton has not been answered when I have called. Goes without saying, but one star is one too many.

Since 2020 I have been ordering some of my favourite snack nuts on this site with no issues. They have always been so prompt and if something goes wrong with my order, they will usually let me know via email or some other way. At first I was very impressed thinking they offer great service which is why I’ve been ordering my things through them. Fast forward to 2023 I started having issues with my delivery. I noticed using this site that sometimes they are not very up to date with the products the have online. So I will see something and order, but then I would receive an email stating they either don’t have it or they will refund my money, so communication with the order team was never an issue but availability of stock in present time was. Moving on to the 23rd of November 2023. I ordered a few items expecting delivery within a few days as usual, but then nothing! Each time I go onto track my order with the delivery company they use, I am told that they are yet to receive my order. Till this day on the 10th of January 2024 the delivery company is yet to receive my order. Crazy! I have emailed every email address possible, related to Thai food which has been made available on their website including the CEO Julian Adhikary, since the 28th of November and Not a single soul has responded to my emails. I cannot express how frustrated I am that they have taken my money and refuse to send me my orders. I do not trust to order anything on this site anymore. Before you do please think twice. We live in a very difficult economy where many are breaking their bones to earn a living, so for someone to take your money as payment for something and not live up to it is very disappointing indeed. Not even an email to apologise for the situation. Thai food online you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your entire personnel right from your so called CEO to your customer service team! I still want my money back. Forget about the items I ordered, no longer interested in them.

Ordered several times from them n we had any issues
Order placed 22 Nov 2023, Order acknowledgement received, card debited 23 Nov 2023. No shipping notification, no courier delivery info, nothing turned up. Three emails to orders - no reply. Tried phoning (numbers hard to find) no one picked up. Emailed Julian (CEO) - he's away 'till January 8th. Final email to info etc. No reply. Shall I use them again? Would you?
Such a shame, but has obviously gone bust. Ordered 3 weeks ago, no sign of my sriracha delivery and no response from Thai —Foods-Online. Looking at reviews this is consistent with other buyers since, so clearly they have stopped trading. Surely something should be done to prevent other unwary customers fro falling for the same mistake???
