It basically works, which was a surprise. I got my test early using the auto-book option—but there’s one big but. The system booked the test only two hours before it was scheduled to take place. It was pure luck that I happened to be near my PC and saw the email right away. I had just enough time to get to the test center, and luckily a car was available too. Everything aligned, and I managed to pass the test—but again, it was pure luck. A two-hour notice is not what you’d typically expect.
A SCAM -- CONTACT YOUR BANK as you are never getting anywhere with them
Firstly, the fact that they say no hidden fees is misleading. I keep on getting notifications of "available" test slots when I try to access them (literally seconds after the email lands), they are magically unavailable. But you can add then priority and super priority if you want, which means paying them more than GBP 150 for a test.
Secondly, they are not responsive and if you wait for their response on their timelines, they come back asking for more account information - that they should know as you are sending them an email...! - which means that you will have to wait for another 5 working days for a response.
Lastly, as part of their terms is that you need to confirm with your driving instructor that they can also attend, which realistically is not feasible as the test slots disappear immediately (or they were not available at the first instance).
All in all, this seems like a scam so I am contacting my bank for recovering payment and flagging the service as fraudulent.

This system only offers last minute tests that are often gone even if I click the link immediately when I receive the email. I needed to use my instructors car for the test so it was 5 months before I could have 5 mins to check with the instructor (who responded immediately) and even press the “Accept” button. Then I was told that the test was cancelled anyway.
I also paid for the upgrade package thinking that would help and after about a month was reverted back to the original basic package.
Customer assistance is non existent. I can’t emphasize how much you should NOT give this company your money.
Awful. I joined and paid, put in the date parameters for desired test dates and heard nothing. After 6 weeks of hearing nothing, I found a test myself. How is it possible that they were supposed to get me dates at a certain test location within my requested dates but I heard nothing but was able to get myself an appointment during that time? What exactly do they do, other than let the clock run out on a search? What an amazing way to waste your money!

I used this company before and it was okay, so I came back to use it a second time round but wow, it was shocking beyond words! My theory license was expiring and I explained my particular situation numerous times to him, well tried to atleast! His customer service is awful and rude! Every email reply is just “it’s in the T&C’s”! Yes I understand, but I have a very particular situation and I wanted to know my options, but he gave me no chance to discuss with him. Mid conversation and as soon as the convo became ‘difficult’ on his side or I brought up money, he would leave it and never reply again. This happened many times. WHAT COWARDLY BEHAVIOUR! You would expect someone to care a little more about their customer service, especially to a returning customer and someone who has recommend people his way. Well trust me, that’s not happening anymore!!

He didn’t find me a test and I was on the system for about 2 months. Even though I warned him and told him my situation in advance, and clearly asked how the 3 week money back guarantee would work because my theory was expiring within that time, he never replied to that question, clearly to lure me in and then STEAL my MONEY!
He refuses to give me my money back.
YOU WILL NOT get your money back as he will always find a reason to not give it back or blame anything on the so called T&C’s.
Trust me, save yourself some money and go use any other company that does the same thing, most likely way better than him, for 1/5 of the price - and if you don’t get your money back, at least you don’t lose what should be YOUR £120 or so back!
"Money back guarantee" + "No hidden fees" are two lies. Paid £60 for test ultimate who have done nothing for over a month, I've asked for a refund and they have guaranteed that I will not get my money back because of a hidden caveat to the guarantee.
Use DrivingScout, I paid £14.99, they found a test within 2 working days.

Very bad company “Test Ultimate” I had to click one star to type they don’t even deserve one star they are so rude worst customer service ever.
I emailed asked for refund as they didn’t find test in 3weeks they said we cant refund.
In 3weeks if a test is not found you can get refund (Test Ultimate) is in terms and conditions also on the web page too.
Totally disaster they didn’t refund ignored me.
I said I want to speak with the manager. Test Ultimate doesn’t have a number to call from, you can only email or send a message on your account I email and send a message.
Test Ultimate email back saying we don’t have manager and we can’t help with the refund we not giving.
I have emailed messaged them several times yesterday and today asking for refund as is my right to get refund they didn’t give my money.
Someone called me recently saying I’m the manager but not saying who he is, he said I’m not going to give my name his voice was shaking, scared to talk, not listening they are lying don’t believe and pay them money. Find different company not scammers like (Test Ultimate) what a shame.
They don’t refund my payment!They have offered only 2 options in 35 days and only via email which were not available in very short time even though I asked for text notification.Have I paid 63£ for this level of service??? This is not acceptable. I paid for text service but have never received text! Therefore they haven't delivered your promise.
