Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

We were unable to purchase Covid Flow Tests locally, so looked at Amazon. Found Test Go and placed our order. Received 3 days later as promised. Thank You.

We’ll it certainly doesn’t live up to…
We’ll it certainly doesn’t live up to its name! There was no simplicity on test and go! Ordered tests on Monday and by Friday they still weren’t delivered. Managed to get through to the chat eventually to be told that Royal Mail has lost all the tests sent out that day. That promised to send out again on Friday but didn’t receive any delivery notification from Royal Mail on Saturday. Needed to test on Sunday, which proves hugely stressful trying to find a test centre open on a Sunday was impossible without prior booking, so used our own flowflex tests and had a supervised test on zoom on Sunday. The test pretty ridiculous the woman didn’t check our results and then the forms to send off for certificates took a good hour to complete for 3 people. It’s fair to say I wasted a good 6 hours of my life sorting this mess out. Go to a chemist, it’s so much quicker!

Let down by Royal Mail
Ordering and subsequent communication with TestnGo was easy and helpful. One star has been removed because of the late delivery and very poor tracking information and communication from Royal Mail.

Ordered on a Sunday so knew it wouldn't be next day delivery,but for me to pay the faster shipping and not receive my items till Wednesday is not what I paid for,a number of the boxes were damaged too.
