We’ll it certainly doesn’t live up to its name! There was no simplicity on test and go! Ordered tests on Monday and by Friday they still weren’t delivered. Managed to get through to the chat eventually to be told that Royal Mail has lost all the tests sent out that day. That promised to send out again on Friday but didn’t receive any delivery notification from Royal Mail on Saturday. Needed to test on Sunday, which proves hugely stressful trying to find a test centre open on a Sunday was impossible without prior booking, so used our own flowflex tests and had a supervised test on zoom on Sunday. The test pretty ridiculous the woman didn’t check our results and then the forms to send off for certificates took a good hour to complete for 3 people. It’s fair to say I wasted a good 6 hours of my life sorting this mess out. Go to a chemist, it’s so much quicker!
