Kit delivered too late
I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.

Still waiting
Ordered a test kit first thing Monday morning after 2 of our household tested positive. Picked this company because it said next day delivery. Its now Thursday, still no sign.

Careful - no returns!
I bought 3 tests which I no longer need but this company will not allow me to send them back. I've basically got three lateral flow tests (that were previously given away freely) for £35. Apparently they would be destroyed upon return - which makes no sense as the boxes are fully sealed and the contents inside would also be individually wrapped for security. Also worth noting, there's a Facebook group dedicated to the horrendous customer support and attitude of this company - might be worth a google before purchasing anything from them.

When somebody orders these testing kits…
When somebody orders these testing kits they need them asap. as we no longer keep them "just in case". I waited too long and was out of the self isolation period by the time they arrived. This is a product we do to receive in 24 to 48 hours hence low rating. All other factors good.
