I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.
Easy to order, the prices were cheaper than others at the time of ordering and delivery was just it stated it would be

Tests no good for reporting on NHS site Thanks for your reply you say it’s on the government website well I didn’t buy them off the government I bought from you so it’s you who should put the info on your website or have you not done that so people buy them and are stuck with them after that. That’s probably the case

I ordered 16 single kits and only received 12. I emailed them that same evening around 9pm to complain and I received an email within an hour apologising for the oversight. The missing kits were sent out the next day to me. I was very impressed with the customer service in both speed of response and the content of the email. Luckily enough, I have not yet had a need to use a test so cannot comment on those.
