I ordered a covid test kit for my son. They undertook to post it on the day of the order. It wasn't posted until two days later. This was too late for his needs, and he had to make an alternative arrangement, so I refused to accept the delivery. Still trying unsuccessfully to get a refund.
DO NOT USE! Daughter bought four kits for her family to use before their holiday. After reading the poor reviews she purchased another four kits from a different company. Lucky she did! All came back “faulty test”. So she used the other company which luckily showed all negative. Thank goodness! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Very dodgy.
Easy to order, the prices were cheaper than others at the time of ordering and delivery was just it stated it would be

Tests arrived as scheduled, all emails received as instructed, and their chat feature is really helpful. I booked this test as a pre cruise departure test required before boarding, I selected the Supervised LFT test, I booked 2 appointments, one for myself and one for my husband, one appointment 10 mins after the other, I was already on holiday in Venice, so I logged onto the hotel WiFi to do the test, had everything up and running on time, however testngo didnt answer on time, they had me "on hold" for the duration of the first appointment with no explanation, I was already stressed as I was worrying about the test (my whole holiday depended on this test) but now my stress levels were through the roof because I was worried there was something wrong to not have the interview on time, but after 10 minutes of panicking the supervisor answered and he did both tests for myself and my husband on the 2nd booking time, together, I wish he'd just done it for the 1st scheduled time slot and saved us both a lot of stress, thats why I'm only awarding 4 stars not 5.

The instructions to use these tests is not at all clear. I checked the website which says you have to send the results back in the post, which wouldn’t work for us as we had to test 24hrs before landing, so I panicked and spent another £75 buying tests from another site only to find out that the testngo tests can be uploaded by photograph! What a complete waste of my money! Also they amount of forms they wanted me to fill out was absolutely crazy! It’s was just all too complicated and very stressful. The website needs updating as it doesn’t have accurate information. When you need results back within 24hrs, you should make it extremely clear on how it all works!

My delivery was late but customer services were excellent and rearranged delivery on the date that I wanted. The postal service wasn't good and one of the packages was damaged. But I can't fault the TestnGo customer services, online ordering or price.
