Test Cancellations is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service.
After subscribing, upon logging in, I get a message on the website stating that my details are incorrect (Both provisional licence number and my theory test number are correct). I've contacted them via email requesting a refund, no response. Customer service non existent. Now I'm going to report you for fraud and will contact my bank.
Joined the website and entered my details and the very next day I got a message to confirm an earlier test had been booked for me saving me a 62 day wait for one
DOES NOT WORK. DO NOT USE. None of these third party sites are reliable, don’t bother paying. Honestly after trying for so long I’m having to take a hit and pay an excess to book through an instructor anyway. I could’ve saved some money by not bothering to try this website. Just another rubbish third party website that doesn’t work.
This genuinely works. Takes some time but definitely worth it. Great support as well!

Having tried a bunch of the apps available for cancellations we were lucky enough to find ‘Testcancellations’!! They found dates much much quicker that were much closer than the original (or those provided by other apps)! We had one tiny challenge (caused by me) and they resolved it incredibly quickly! Can’t recommend them highly enough!!

The team sorted my twin boys with tests a day apart and in the same place, on the dates and places they hoped for. The team were on the other end of an email all the way too. They are very kind in responding and easy to re-register even if we failed. Their service is good in finding the cancellation slots and blocking that for us.

Has been a really good investment - multiple cancellation slot offers by text, no obligation to accept them and easy to reregister after I failed 2 tests, at no extra cost. Service has been much better than expected, really happy.

I was dubious as there were bad reviews saying it was a scam, but within a short time, a week or so, we got a cancellation through, 2 month earlier than the original date. I had sent emails and got pretty swift responses too.
