Test Cancellations is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service.
After subscribing, upon logging in, I get a message on the website stating that my details are incorrect (Both provisional licence number and my theory test number are correct). I've contacted them via email requesting a refund, no response. Customer service non existent. Now I'm going to report you for fraud and will contact my bank.
Joined the website and entered my details and the very next day I got a message to confirm an earlier test had been booked for me saving me a 62 day wait for one
DOES NOT WORK. DO NOT USE. None of these third party sites are reliable, don’t bother paying. Honestly after trying for so long I’m having to take a hit and pay an excess to book through an instructor anyway. I could’ve saved some money by not bothering to try this website. Just another rubbish third party website that doesn’t work.
This genuinely works. Takes some time but definitely worth it. Great support as well!

Amazing service. Signed up yesterday using Premium and already driving test has been brought forward from January 25 to November 24.⭐️

Absolutely disgusted with this “company”. I was going to get a free account and then they basically said there’s no point and to pay, and well, I was trusting in them. But soon after payment I realised I should never of paid them. They took £19.99 from my account. Their website is shocking and wouldn’t allow me to click anything apart from the ‘terms of service’ which it goes on to say you have to pay another fee in order to book a test they find. It doesn’t even state how much that is. I emailed them and they replied saying they’re very busy, I grew more anxious so emailed again saying they must cancel my payment twice. No reply. Ironic that a few minutes later I received a text from them saying they’d “found a booking”. No thanks. I’ve called my bank to cancel my card as I’m so anxious they’ll steal more money from me, so they definitely can’t steal more money. I will be starting a dispute 15 days after payment is taken to get my money back and hopefully make as many people as possible know how terrible these people are. thieves.

Its a scam, they have taken £19.99 and not given a single date. The issue is I tried for a week to get a driving test in London and would never have used this app but it seemed like the only available resource to book a physical exam Dogdey website and no human response. Dont bother wasting money and book yourself either through an instructor or on the DVLA website in a county near you if your location and dates are not available.
