Test Cancellations is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service.
After subscribing, upon logging in, I get a message on the website stating that my details are incorrect (Both provisional licence number and my theory test number are correct). I've contacted them via email requesting a refund, no response. Customer service non existent. Now I'm going to report you for fraud and will contact my bank.
Joined the website and entered my details and the very next day I got a message to confirm an earlier test had been booked for me saving me a 62 day wait for one
DOES NOT WORK. DO NOT USE. None of these third party sites are reliable, don’t bother paying. Honestly after trying for so long I’m having to take a hit and pay an excess to book through an instructor anyway. I could’ve saved some money by not bothering to try this website. Just another rubbish third party website that doesn’t work.
This genuinely works. Takes some time but definitely worth it. Great support as well!

I was extremely disheartened at failing my test 3 days ago, on the 10th of Feb and in my saddened state I quickly googled test cancellations in hopes of finding someone selling their slot. I, by chance, happened upon their website and I was quite skeptical but I paid the 29.95 fee because I didn't think I was losing much even if it's a scam. Straight away I received an email from these guys saying that I've created the account, and then a second email saying the system can't monitor for any cancellations but that I can email them if I have any questions. So I did, and I was quite impolite at first since my assumption was that it's a scam. But they replied within 10-20 mins saying I have to have a test booked first and then they can start moving it back, so I booked a test for the 27th July. Within 2 hours I'd already been booked for the 2nd July. I was already quite pleased, I checked on the dvsa website and the test was officially booked, legitimately. But then 2 days went by and I decided to add more test centres to the search ( I only had one at this point), then within an hour the test moved back on one of the new centre to 27th Feb. Which is two weeks from now. So essentially within 3 days I've shaved off 6 months of waiting time for the test. Money well spent, amazing service. I'm genuinely so incredibly happy.

We managed to book a test ourselves directly on the government website before this company found one for us. The customer service was unfortunately pretty rude too.
