Had some issues with the initial installation but the Tempstar service team was fantastic. They came out quickly and fixed everything at no extra charge. Unit has been working perfectly since then.

This unit replaced our 15-year-old system and what a difference! Much quieter operation and better temperature control throughout the house. The programmable thermostat is a nice touch too.

The AC works fine and cools our home adequately. However, it seems to cycle on and off more frequently than our old unit did. Not sure if that's normal or if there's an efficiency issue.
