This was an extremely efficient, affordable process and the app was easy to use.

This process is pretty streamlined to get a telehealth doctor. I love that they hear you and respect your privacy, time and have a sense of urgency.

My experience was great because of Hillary my therapist, she is amazing and I don't know what I do without her. This company cares about people and their needs and what's best for them and I would rec... See more
The Teledoc therapist I was matched with has been the best therapist I've ever worked with. She's empathetic, knowledgeable on a variety of strategies and super talented with EMDR. She's helped change my life for the better!
Honestly Teledoc can be helpful ONLY if you get the right provider. My husband called cause he's been sick for a little over 2 weeks and needed some antibiotics. He was prescribed one thing but it made him sick so he called asking for something he's used to that cures his upper respiratory infection and doesn't make him sick. Would you believe one of the practitioners told him this was not McDonald's and he can't have this his way then had the audacity to be rushing him off the phone? Seriously?
Great app, bills directly to my insurance, and I can get the same level of care, without having to leave home.
The Physician asked all the necessary questions and he was aware of my allergies. He was direct and to the point.
The entire process was seamless. Dr was very professional asked relevant questions put in a prescription with an a matter of minutes very pleased with the service.
This was my first experience with Teladoc and I was so impressed with how quickly I was able to speak to a provider. I was able to pick up my antibiotic the same night which was an added bonus. I will definitely be using this service again.
quick call back. very prompt.
Easy and efficient!
Easy, convenient, and quick! Was able to save me a trip to the pediatrician for my daughter’s rash. Sent the doctor a picture and she was able to diagnose and call in a cream for her in less than ten minutes! Will continue to use and recommend for others.
Excellent service
Great convenience.
Teladoc is very fast and continent! over all great experience.
Dr. Michael Wray is one of the most professional, kind, patient, and authentic medical professionals I’ve had the pleasure of working with. He is attentive, thoughtful, thorough, and knowledgeable. He listened actively, addressed concerns, and allowed me to add additional details without speaking over me. He gave me a thorough care plan, worked with me to determine appropriate testing/bloodwork, and was able to address my concerns without making me feel shameful or embarrassed. An easy to talk to provider, and possibly the best I’ve had virtually OR in person.
The way she truly heard me and cared!
It was the easiest experience ever to get a prescription
When you need a caring health professional fast trust Teladoc! I was seen within 10 minutes of creating an account and my prescription was filled within the hour. I completed the whole process from my couch.
TELEDOC IS SO VERY CONVENIENT FOR ME. SOMETIMES I CAN'T GET AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY PRIMARY ON THE SAME DAY I NEED IT, SO TELEDOC IS THE NEXT BEST THING TO GETTING THE CARE I NEED. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.
Teladoc is great. Only problem is the app is glitchy.
It is so convenient to be able to spend 10 min start to finish and get exactly what I need rather than go to urgent care and wait Hours and spend 2x as much for the same result.
NED TO LISTEN TO PTS ISSUES THAT ARE BOUGHT UP BY OTHER THAT KNOW THE PT WELL INSTEAD OF BRUSHING IT OFF AS LIKE THEY DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABT
